Wanted: motivated young professionals for Germany’s largest regional pension fund. In the highly competitive training market, the German Pension Insurance Fund for Central Germany launched a campaign under the slogan “I’m Future-Proof” to attract apprentices and students to its dual study programs. Developed by brandforce, an award-winning agency for employer branding and HR communication, we—as an agency family—created a confident and approachable career website as part of the campaign—featuring a modern design system based on the existing corporate design and with a clear focus on the young target audience.
